Vietnam Posts and Telecommunications Group (VNPT) is the provider of all telecommunications infrastructure, digital solutions and digital services serving the 13th Congress of Vietnam Trade Unions.

The 13th Congress of Vietnam Trade Union for the 2023-2028 term took place from December 1st – 3rd, 2023 at the National Convention Center, Hanoi, with the participation of more than 1,100 official delegates from all over the country.
